How the subscription works
Fleet management is billed monthly, either per vehicle or as a fleet package.
We start with an onboarding call to record each vehicle's registration, MOT, service and tax dates, along with any preferred garages. From then on we manage the schedule and send you a report each month.
The subscription covers the management work itself. Parts, labour and garage charges are billed separately, and nothing above the approval limit you set goes ahead without your agreement.
